We can arrange charter flights according to your needs - international flights, multi-city flights, connection flights with JAL commercial flights, and of course, domestic flights within Japan,

When transferring from "JAL scheduled international flights" to "JALBA charter flight" or from "JALBA charter flight" to "JAL scheduled international flights" at major airports, you will be escorted by our staff in charge.

Mileage and FLY ON Points are accredited to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members when flying on our private business jets. Life Status Points (LSP) will also be added to the benefits from April 2026.

• Please be sure to register your JMB membership number when booking the charter flight to redeem the mileage and reward points.
• The benefits are only for JMB members.
• The benefits are for up to 10 customers per flight.
• The JMB members will be credited by the end of the month following the last flight.
• LSP will be credited for services on or after April 1, 2026.
• Other bonus miles earned through promotional campaigns are not applicable.

JAL Mileage Bank members can use their miles to fly on business jets and private jets.

• ● Your miles can be redeemed to "JAL Business Aviation Charter Award" and used to pay for the JALBA private jet charter.
• ● The minimum amount of mileage is 100,000 miles (equivalent to 100,000 yen), 500,000 miles (equivalent to 500,000 yen), or 1,000,000 miles (equivalent to 1,000,000 yen).
• ● Up to 1,000,000 miles (equivalent to 1,000,000 yen) can be used per charter contract in increments of 100,000 miles (equivalent to 100,000 yen).

You may board with your pet dog or cat in the same cabin as you.
We know pets are a part of your family, so now, you can fly together on the same flight.
Dogs, cats, birds, etc. that can pass through the boarding gate and fit into a pet crate, small enough to be fastened to the seat with a seatbelt may fly with you on a private jet.

• Please make sure your pet is in healthy condition, without any respiratory diseases, etc.
• Please prepare your own pet crate, and make sure it is clean without any water leaks or odors.
• Please prepare items such as a water dispenser and towels with your pet's favorite scent in the pet crate.
• Depending on the operating company, it may vary whether your pet can travel with you in the cabin, in the pet crate, or in the cargo hold.
• The operating company may ask you to submit a "Consent Form."
• For overseas travel, please be prepared to provide an "Export Quarantine Certificate" or "Vaccination Certificate" if required by the destination country.
• Pets that are prohibited by ordinances and regulations are not allowed on board.

Passengers who have been injured or fell sick while traveling and are flying for medical treatment in Japan or abroad can fly while lying down.
Family members are also allowed to accompany you on board, so you can fly with peace of mind.

• You must arrange for a doctor to accompany you on the flight.
• Any medical equipment (other than stretchers) is to be arranged by you.
• A doctor-issued medical certificate and a consent form from your family are required for the flight.
• It may not be possible to fly depending on your condition on the day of the flight.
• Please provide information about your medical equipment in advance, in order to verify that it will not interfere with the aircraft instruments.
