Passenger Flow Route
Flying private/business jet is highly confidential as there is no counter check-in required, and professional staff will guide you through a dedicated route.
Followings are several patterns for passenger flow, and those are depending on each airport you would use. Ask one of our sales persons for details of passenger flow route.
Departure/Arrival procedure for international flight from/to Japan
- ・ 90min less for departure/arrival procedure than commercial airlines.
- ・ You are asked to arrive approx 30 miniutes before departure time.
■Check-in is not required at a dedicated facility for private jet; you will be escorted directly to security, immigration, and to aircraft.
- ※ Dedicated facility for private jet is not avialable for some airports. In such case commercial terminal is used.
- ※ For flights in Japan and overseas regional flights, you will be escorted directly to the aircraft from meeting point.

You will be escorted directly to the aircraft from meeting point.

※Airport authority defines route and transportation in either ①, ② or ③.
Transit to/from priavate jet from/to International scheduled flight
Depending on the airport, you may use a ``dedicated facility'' or a ``passenger terminal for scheduled flights.''
■Passenger flow with using dedicated facility
- ・ To your private jet: You will be escorted all the way from the arrival of your scheduled flight, then to immigration and to your private jet.
- ・ To your scheduled flight: You will be escorted all the way from the shipside of your private jet, then to immigration and to your scheduled flight
■Passenger flow with using commercial terminal
- ・ To your private jet: You will be escorted from arrival gate at the terminal after passport control, then to your private jet.
- ・ To your scheduled flight: You will be escorted from the shipside of your private jet to the check-in counter of your scheduled flight.
